Long Term Athlete Development (LTAD)
Long Term Athlete Development is a multistage training, competition and recovery framework guiding an individual’s pathway through sport and physical activity from infancy through all phases of adulthood.
In partnership with the Coaches Association of Ontario (CAO), the Sport Development Unit conducts multi-sport workshops to allow coaches to share and learn from experts and each other.
